  • Physiology of birth (how your body works) so you can make sure you are working with it and not against it in your birth.

  • Mind/body connection and how to maximise this to reduce your fears around birth.

  • Relaxation toolkit for you both.

  • Teaching about the labour process, birth place choices, pain relief options, induction process and other medical interventions that might be offered to you as well as a practical toolkit to aid in your decision-making as and when the need should arise.

  • Birth plan (preferences) advice.

  • Birth partner support to empower your birth partner to be your best support and advocate.

• 5 X hypnobirthing audio mp3s to be used to aid your relaxation practice.

• Access to ongoing support up to your birth via WhatsApp, should you want it.

• Goody bag including a locally-produced, luxurious aromatherapy product from MeYu Aromatherapy (certified clinical aromatherapist IFPA and NAHA accredited) to aid in your relaxation in pregnancy and birth. This product will also be used in our sessions so will become one of your anchors for relaxation.
