Having obtained my accreditation with Love Your Birth Training gives me access to the most up to date CPD around hypnobirthing. This means I can provide you with the most modern and forward-thinking practices available. The resources I use to support you on your course are well-planned, beautifully presented and include everything you will need to know to prepare for your beYOUtiful birth. As a fully qualified, insured hypnobirthing teacher, who is also registered with FEDANT, you can rest assured that choosing to study hypnobirthing with me will be a great decision and will leave you feeling calm, confident and empowered ahead of your birth.

A fully qualified teacher with 10 years’ experience, I know how to make things engaging, relevant and interesting. You can be sure that you will leave my courses with all the information and skills you need.

With my private courses, I can fully tailor your curriculum to suit your needs. Once we have had our initial consultation, I will plan your sessions to ensure we spend our entire time together preparing for your own beYOUtiful birth and yours alone. I can visit you in the comfort of your own home, where you will feel most relaxed and at ease for our sessions.

How much does it cost?

Private full hypnobirthing course (8 hours of sessions) - £395

Covering and including everything my group classes do in the privacy of your own home or online, as preferred.

Private essentials short course (3 hours of sessions) - £195

Ideal for those who have found hypnobirthing later in their pregnancy but want to get as many of its benefits as possible or those who have studied hypnobirthing before and would like to refresh their knoweldge while looking forward to their upcoming birth. The essentials short course also incudes a 30 minute call before the session to ensure I can tailor it to your needs entirely so you get the most out of our time together.

Private caesarean birth preparation course (4 hours of sessions) - £195

Perfect for those who know they will be having a caesarean (c-section) birth and want to utilise the amazing tools of hypnobirthing to ensure their birth is beYOUtiful, calm and empowering.

Private ‘Power Hour’ - £95

If you’re really short on time and have a specific hypnobirthing need, I am happy to lend my expertise to help you. We will have a 15 minute call to discuss what you want to get out of your power hour, which I will use to tailor our hour so you get the most out of our time together. DISCLAIMER: a ‘power hour’ is a very limited amount of time and is therefore only advisable in certain situations. I will not recommend we complete a ‘power hour’ if I do not think I can meet your requirements in this short amount of time.
